0.3.1 RC for Steam Next Fest

This version is the release candidate for STEAM NEXT FEST, happening on Monday 6th.
We may send a new version if there are crashes until monday night.

• You cannot get 3 times the same monster in a row
• Fix : Artifacts were not resetting properly
• Some gods lair perks were not working right (energy and unlock card removal / artifact)
• Better UI integration
• New particles effects
• Rarity were not displayed directly in picking view
• New sounds
• Small UX updates here and there (deckbuilding view, level up overlay...)
• Balancing : 
  • Nerf Potion of power Upgrade
  • Nerf Purse of Jewel upgrade
  • Nerf Event "Upgrade 3 times"
  • Currency win, should be much more rewarding to fight monsters
